(WRDW/WAGT) -- "Hugo" is a lab bulldog mix who has lived a very rough life in his one and a half years. He needs a good home for the holidays, and he is ready to be adopted!

If you would like to visit with him and see if he could be a good fit for your family, the Aiken County Animal Shelter is located at 333 Wire Road at the intersection with May Royal Drive. The phone number is 803-642-1537.

Adoption Hours:

Monday, Friday: 9:00 am - Noon, 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm (Closed July 4th)

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00 am - Noon, 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Saturday: 11:30 am - 4:00 pm

Animal Control Citizen Drop Off Hours:

Monday through Friday: 9:00 am - Noon, 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
