Investigators looking for suspect in Glen Arbor Apartments burglary and assault

AIKEN, S.C. (WRDW/WAGT) -- Aiken Department of Public Safety needs your help in identifying an unknown suspect involved in a burglary and aggrivated assault that happened at the Glen Arbor Apartments in Aiken.

According to investigators, the incident happened on Dec. 12 around 9:30 a.m. The suspect was armed with a semi-automatic pistol at the time.

Investigators describe the suspect as a black male with medium skin complexion, approximately 30 years old; 5 feet 10 inches to 6 feet tall, with average build.

The victim told investigators that the suspect was wearing a black jacket, heather gray jogging pants, tan Timberland boots, a black skull cap and do-rag that covered his face and neck when he entered the apartment.

The victim stated that the suspect had a large distinctive “Ankh” tattoo on his abdomen. The image above is a representation of the tattoo on the suspects’ abdomen.
