AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- DIRECTV customers are still having issues with audio for NBC 26 programming.

As of late Monday evening, our engineers spoke with DIRECTV and they were told DIRECTV is still working to fix the issue.

There is a work around to the issue until a permanent fix is made by DIRECTV.

Select "Info" on your DIRECTV remote control, then scroll over to select Audio/Video. On the drop-down menu, change your selection to "Spanish Dolby."

This should also work for any recorded programs on your DVR.

Once the issue resolved, residents will need to update.
