UPDATE | Both suspects arrested in Holden Drive murder

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- Both suspects identified in connection with a homicide on Holden Drive have been arrested on murder charges.

Thomas Blount turned himself into investigators at 9:10 p.m. Thursday. Mark Crawford turned himself in at 8:50 a.m. Friday.

Law enforcement says they are both wanted for the murder of Brandon Theodore Mulgrave. His body was found on April 9 in a vacant lot on Holden Drive.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- Richmond County deputies have identified two suspects in connection to a homicide on Holden Drive.

Deputies are looking for Thomas Blount, 26, and Mark Crawford, 23, both from Augusta.

Law enforcement says they are both wanted for the murder of Brandon Theodore Mulgrave of New York. His body was found on April 9 in a vacant lot on Holden Drive.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- The victim in a homicide investigation on Holden Street has been identified as a man from New York.

The coroner's office said Brandon Theodore Mulgrave, 23, of Hempstead, New York was found dead in a vacant lot on the 1200 block of Holden Street on April 9.

The Sheriff’s Office and the Richmond County Coroner’s Office are asking anyone with information to contact the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Investigator at (706) 821-1020 or (706) 821-1080.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- The Richmond County Sheriff's Office and Coroner's Office need help identifying a victim in a homicide investigation.

Deputies say the victim was found on the 1200 block of Holden Street on April 9th.

According to law enforcement, the victim is a light skinned black male with a medium Afro and appears to be in his late teens to early twenties.

Deputies have released photos of his tattoos in the hopes of identifying him with help from the public.

They say the tattoo on the left was located on the victim’s chest and covered the center of the victim’s chest from his collarbone area to just below his nipple line.

The tattoo on the far right was located on the victim’s left upper arm/shoulder with the middle pictured tattoo being located at the bottom of the far right tattoo.

The Sheriff’s Office and the Richmond County Coroner’s Office are asking anyone with information concerning this victim to contact the Coroner’s Office at (706)821-2382 or the on duty Richmond County Sheriff’s Office Violent Crimes Investigator at (706) 821-1020 or (706)821-1080.

AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) -- A man was found dead in a vacant lot near the 1200 block of Holden St. in Augusta.

According to the Richmond County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to the call around 10:50 a.m. When they entered the home, they discovered at least one gunshot wound on the victim.

The body will be sent to the GBI Lab for an autopsy. The body has not yet been identified.

There is no suspect in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
